When I first joined I was tasked to conduct a full revamp of the mobile application. One of the most amazing experience that I had during my time in GoBike was able to conduct multiple sessions of user research with the drivers, in order to improve the user experience of the product.
In GoBike the biker application is very highly focused as it is the key to make sure users able to have a good experience on getting their tasks done in efficient manner.
Convinced the startup for spending some resources to conduct frequent user interviews with our bikers. I travel every bi-weekly to Bangkok and pair with a product manager to meet the local bikers, mainly to gather feedbacks from current app, demo new features, and also conducting usability testing for concepts before development.
