Jirnexu customise chatbot experience to facilitate the application of financial products such as credit cards, bank loans, and even insurance through Ringgitplus website. The purpose of using chatbot is to reduce tedious effort on application first layer screening.
I worked directly with the CTO to design and build the UI Kit for Chatbot. The design is a mobile web focus experience.
